of technical information pertaining to SPSS products and services. You understand
that all third-party content posted to the Forums and Blogs is the sole responsibility
of the individual who originally posted the content. You understand, also, that
all opinions expressed in the Forums and Blogs do not necessarily reflect the opinions
of SPSS. SPSS shall have the right to remove any of your content and/or to terminate
your access to and use of the Forums and Blogs should SPSS in its sole discretion consider
your statements or conduct to be inaccurate, illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening,
infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, injurious, objectionable,
or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You agree that SPSS will not be liable, under any circumstances and in any
way, for any errors, omissions, loss, or damage of any kind incurred as a

the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness,

known or later developed. You further warrant that all so-called moral rights

personal opinions as institutionally endorsed by SPSS', or by SPSS sponsors,
partners, or any related organizations is strictly prohibited. You agree
not to post or otherwise transmit software viruses or any other computer

files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality
of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. You
represent and warrant that the content you supply does not violate these
Terms.
SUBMITTED MATERIALS
You hereby represent and warrant that all of the materials that you post on
or otherwise submit via the Developer Central Site (“User Materials”)
shall not be confidential information or trade secrets owned by you or any
other party. You will receive no compensation for any use of your User Materials.
SPSS may, but is not required to, post or use any of your User Materials
that you may post or otherwise submit. SPSS does not pre-screen User Materials
that users provide or otherwise submit via the Developer Central Site; however,
SPSS may remove any posted or submitted User Materials from the Developer
Central Site for any reason without notice in its sole discretion. By posting
or submitting your User Materials, you represent and warrant that you own,
or otherwise control, all of the Intellectual Property Rights and other rights
to your User Materials, including all the rights necessary for you to post
or submit your User Materials. By posting or submitting your User Materials,
you represent and warrant that none of your User Materials consists, or is
dependent on, any code that is subject to an Open Source software license
or any other license or contract that would require users of the User Materials
to divulge to any person any source code or trade secret. By posting or submitting

SPSS and all users of your User Materials from and against all third party
suits, actions, damages, costs, losses, or expenses (including reasonable

you post or otherwise submit via the Developer Central Site. You shall assume
all risks associated with the use of your User Materials including any reliance
on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of your User Materials. SPSS
disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, integrity or quality of
your User Materials.
You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the Developer Central
Site, you may be exposed to User Materials from others that are inaccurate,
incomplete, or unuseful, or that are offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable.
SPSS’ RIGHTS TO SUBMITTED USER MATERIALS
For all of your User Materials that you post or otherwise submit to the Developer
Central Site, including (a) feedback on the site, (b) software code and
output from such code (c) product suggestions, you grant SPSS and the users
of the
Developer Central Site an unrestricted, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free and fully paid up license under all Intellectual Property
Rights to use, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, copy, edit,
modify,
translate, reformat, transmit and distribute such User Materials, with
or without having your name attached, in any manner or form and for any purpose,
with
full rights to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of distribution;
and you also acknowledge and agree that SPSS is free to use any ideas,
concepts,
know-how or techniques that you provide for any purpose without any compensation
to you. You acknowledge and agree that SPSS shall not be liable for any
failure to store your User Materials on the Developer Central Site at any
time.
