Please be advised that conference hotel accommodation is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All conference sessions will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

Full Refund, no cancellation fee before August 31, 2010.
Full Refund less $125 cancellation fee after August 31, 2010.
No refund after September 25, 2010.
No refunds will be made for No Shows. No Shows may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if hotel accommodations are not cancelled in advance. Cancellations must be received in writing only via:
