It is said that around 80% of an organisation’s data exist in the form of free text. In this webcast Jarlath will look at how we can drive better decisions from unstructured data sources whether they are call centre notes, open-ended survey responses, documents or blogs.
Particular focus will be given to the various applications that text analytics can address including how the accuracy of predictive models can be greatly enhanced through combining structured and unstructured data.
