The Premier League would like to gain a greater understanding of fans' views and experience of the broadcasting of Premier League matches and highlights: How do you rate the some of the coverage on offer? Which matches have you seen? Who's your favourite Premier League commentator? We're also keen to hear of any ways in which you think the coverage and broadcasting of Premier League football could be improved.

In addition, the Premier League would like to know who you think has been the best player so far this season, who will win the league, and who will be relegated.

All respondents to this survey will be entered into a prize draw with a chance of winning some great prizes (a pair of Premier League tickets, a selection of products from EA SPORTS, Nike, and Topps).
