Welcome to the Johnstown Community Survey!

This survey is for current or former residents of the Johnstown, PA, region, which includes the counties of Cambria and northern Somerset.

The goal is to gauge your ideas about what makes (or will make) the region a vibrant place to live and work. Information gathered from the survey, as well as through community forums and other means, will be presented in a report to regional leaders in Spring 2009.

On average, the survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you will be asked to enter your email for a drawing to win one of three Apple iPod nanos. The winners will be notified by email.
