IN CONSIDERATION for participating in this project, I agree as follows:
That I will not discuss with or disclose to any third party the nature of any test product or product ideas/concepts that I may learn of during this project.
That all ideas, concepts, written material, solutions to problems or other property (tangible or intangible, and whether able to be copyrighted or patented or not), that arise out of my participation in this project will belong to the client for whom this project is being conducted. This includes ideas or items developed by me individually or in conjunction with others.
I have read this agreement and agree to its terms.
