Quancept CAPI management uses the telephone network to exchange information between any number of interviewing computers and a central host computer. To aid this process you are provided with a number of software components. This course introduces the Quancept CAPI Management System and it's software components to attendees. The system revolves around the management of projects, interviewers and machines

Prerequisite:

There are no prerequisites for this course. An understanding of Quancept CAPI would be beneficial, along with familiarity with the CAPI interviewing process.

Managing interviewers, projects and machines
Organizing collected data
Using the interviewing shell (QCShell)
Using the Quancept CAPI server (QCS)
