This course provides Analyzer users and administrators with comprehensive, hands-on training. Learn the basics of creating and managing reports based on multidimensional databases, and how to perform the administrative tasks for setting security and managing the Analyzer environment. The course also includes instruction on creating reports based on relational data. Training will emphasize the use of Analyzer functions for performing the following tasks:

Business analysts, researchers and others who will build and interpret data mining models should attend this course.
Attendees should have an understanding of the data mining process (at the level of our Data Mining: Overview course) and should be familiar with basic research methods (at the level of our Statistical Analysis Using SPSS course). Training in advanced statistical methods is not necessary, but those with such training will gain a deeper understanding of the models. Those who wish to run hands-on exercises using the software tools discussed (SPSS, SPSS AnswerTree, and SPSS Clementine) should have a basic proficiency in the respective program(s).
