Conducting Effective Surveys(formerly known as Survey Methodology)

Course description:

This two-day course tackles the art of survey research methodology. This is a practical course which walks you through the early steps of the survey process, including sampling, how to write questions and design questionnaires, getting higher response rates, and preparing data for analysis. It includes issues relevant for web-based and email surveys. This course involves very little hands-on use of SPSS.

Who Should Attend:

SPSS users who are new to survey research and would like a thorough grounding in the process from designing the survey to preparing the data for analysis (analysis topics are covered in the companion Survey Analysis Using SPSS course).

Prerequisite:

The course is intended for NetGenesis administrators, Web site administrators, IT personnel, and Web marketing personnel who will be assuming the role of NetGenesis administrators.
