** Social registrations can only be booked at the conference. Full details will be available at the regsitration desk. Guests must be accompanied by a conference registrant and be 21 years of age or older.

Important Information:
All rates above are in European Euros and are subject to 20% VAT. If your company is not required to pay VAT, please provide a formal proof of exemption; please note this will then be referred to our VAT official.
Hotel accommodation and flights are NOT included in the Conference fee.
Please note the Conference cancellation policy:
- For cancellations submitted before 17:00 CET, 31 March, 2010, your conference registration fees will be refunded, less €100.00 plus 20% VAT cancellation fee.
- No refund of conference registration fee available for cancellations after 17:00 CET, 31 March, 2010.
- SPSS Hotel Cancellation Policy: any cancellations or reductions of stay have to be sent to [email protected] by 17:00 CET on April 16, 2010. After this date you will be liable for the full cost of your booking. This also applies to no shows. To cancel, provide your registration confirmation number and reason for cancelling in an e-mail to: [email protected].
